Individual lentil, chestnut and mushroom pie with winter greens,

Braised beef bourguignon, creamy mash potato, pancetta, button mushrooms,

Naturally smoked haddock with a cheddar mash, green beans and
wholegrain mustard cream sauce
Traditional Roast Turkey served with Duck fat Roast potatoes, honey roasted
parsnips, carrot and swede mash, sprouts, sage and onion stuffing,
pigs in blankets, Yorkshire pudding, turkey gravy and cranberry sauce
