CHOICE OF STARTERS

Seasonal soup of the day served with warm bread

Ham hock croquettes with a cheese fondue

Smoked salmon, toasted rye, cucumber, caper and dill salad and
horseradish crème fraiche

Goat’s cheese and beetroot tartlet, fig and walnut salad (v)

CHOICE OF MAIN COURSE

Individual lentil, chestnut and mushroom pie with winter greens,
Red wine and tomato sauce (vegan)

Classic beef bourguignon, creamy mash potato, pancetta, button mushrooms,
baby onions and chantenay carrots

Naturally smoked haddock rarebit, sauté new potatoes, creamed leeks

Traditional Roast Turkey served with Duck fat Roast potatoes, honey roasted
parsnips, carrot and swede mash, sprouts, sage and onion stuffing,
pigs in blankets, Yorkshire pudding, turkey gravy and cranberry sauce
Gluten free available

Chestnut and cranberry nut roast with veggie gravy (v)

CHOICE OF DESSERT

Apple, winter berry and elderflower crumble with custard or ice cream

Egg nog brulee with a ginger biscuit

Homemade Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

Chocolate and orange bread and butter pudding, baileys crème anglaise
